Orders within Germany received before 2 pm Monday to Friday are generally delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Orders received after 2 pm require 3 to 4 working days.
Please allow 3 to 4 working days for deliveries to Austria. Deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg likewise require 3 to 4 working days.
When express delivery is requested for orders placed before 12 noon, delivery is within 24 hours. However, please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Express delivery applies only to orders within Germany and is subject to a charge of 12.50 EUR. For security reasons, credit card payment is required for express deliveries.
Where payment is made by credit card, in a few exceptional cases the delivery times given here may be extended by up to one day, since goods are only shipped after acceptance of the payment by the credit institute in question.
