Return & Withdrawal

1. Returns

All goods purchased at the Online Store can be returned within 14 days upon receipt without specifying a reason. The return deliveryi s free of charge only within Germany when using the pre-printed return sticker included with the delivery. You can use a UPS Access Point location to return more easily. All UPS Access Point locations and opening houres can be viewed here: www.ups.com/dropoff .

If you do not have the mentioned pre-printed return sticker, please contact our customer service.

Please note that your returned goods may take five to seven days before arriving at our logistics center. If you haven’t received a confirmation of receipt of your returned goods via e-mail within this period of time, please contact our customer service.

STRENESSE asks you to retain the original receipt of postage issued to you by DHL when you return goods; this receipt may be useful for cases of enquiries about your order or loss of shipment.

By returning the relevant articles to STRENESSE, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal within the defined time limit for withdrawal. No separate declaration is additionally necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Requirements for returning goods

Please note that STRENESSE only accepts returned goods in the original condition including all original labels attached.

Goods must be free from signs of use. All goods that bear clear signs of use (make-up or lipstick stains, odour etc.) and are no longer saleable will not be accepted. STRENESSE reserves the right to demand full compensation.

The same terms and conditions apply to price-reduced articles.

The Online Store only accepts returned goods, which were initially ordered at the STRENESSE Online Store. Returned goods initially purchased in STRENESSE stores or at wholesale partners cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Following effective cancellation, STRENESSE reimburses all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising from your chosen shipping method other than the standard method of shipping), within 14 days. STRENESSE will refund you via the same payment method as chosen for the original transaction. In case you already paid the order amount on invoice, STRENESSE will issue a refund to your account immediately. To facilitate this, please enter your bank account details on the goods return note included with the delivery. If you already made your payment by credit card or PayPal, STRENESSE will reimburse the amount immediately to your credit card account or PayPal account. If you have not yet made your payment, simply deduct the amount for the returned goods from the initial amount to be paid as stated on your invoice.Your credit institution is responsible for the length of time taken for the refund to reappear on your account.

2. Exchanges

STRENESSE does not currently offer direct exchanges. Therefore, please return the relevant article and order the desired new item at the Online Store.

3. Faulty Goods

If an item you have purchased at the Online Store is faulty, you do have statutory liabilities and rights within the statutory warranty period. This also applies to price-reduced articles.

Please return faulty items alongside a copy of the invoice with a short explanation of the fault in a separate package to the following address:

Guideline for Faulty Goods

Thank you for your understanding that STRENESSE can only accept the following complaint reasons:

 

  • knitting/ weaving flaws
  • defective closures as zippers (without visible external influences)
  • sewing flaws
  • holes/opened seams (not older than 12 months*)
  • strong colour loss
  • discolouration by prints, printed stripes, patches etc.


The following complaint reasons cannot be accepted:

  • shrinkages*
  • discolouration by other products
  • stains

* This does not include clothing that is affected by production faults, which Strenesse will inform you about.

4. Withdrawal

Instructions on Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The time limit for withdrawal starts upon the day the Customer or a third person named by you acquires physical possession of the items.

By returning the relevant articles to STRENESSE, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal within the defined time limit for withdrawal. No separate declaration is additionally necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Please note that STRENESSE only accepts returned goods in the original condition including all original labels attached. Goods must be free from signs of use. All goods that bear clear signs of use (make-up or lipstick stains, odour etc.) and are no longer saleable will not be accepted. STRENESSE reserves the right to demand full compensation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer has to inform STRENESSE by an unmistakable statement e.g. via sending a letter to

or via e-mail service@strenesse.com. For this purpose, the sample withdrawal form as listed in the General Terms & Conditions may be used, but it is not obligatory. To exercise your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send off this notice before that period has expired.

Instructions on Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from the contract, STRENESSE reimburses all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising from your chosen shipping method other than the standard method of shipping), within 14 days. This period begins upon receipt of the Customer’s notice of withdrawal at STRENESSE. For the repayment, the same method of payment is used which the Customer had selected for the initial transaction.

STRENESSE may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods. The Customer has to return the relevant items without delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform STRENESSE about your withdrawal from this contract.

STRENESSE will reimburse to the Customer the costs for returning the goods within Germany, as long as the Customer uses the pre-printed return sticker included in the order. Otherwise, the Customer bears the costs of sending back the items. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the returned items if they were handled in a manner other than necessary to establish the characteristics and functionality of the items.
