All goods purchased at the Online Store can be returned within 14 days upon receipt without specifying a reason.
GERMANY
If you want to return a Strenesse item from Germany, you can use the returns form and sticker that was included in your order.
THE NETHERLANDS, AUSTRIA AND OTHER EU COUNTRIES
To return a Strenesse item from these countries, simply click on the appropriate country link. By clicking on one of the following links, we will redirect you to the DHL online returns form, where you can enter your data and receive a returns label to print.
Please note that your returned goods may take five to seven days before arriving at our logistics center. If you haven’t received a confirmation of receipt of your returned goods via e-mail within this period of time, please contact our customer service.
Strenesse asks you to retain the original receipt of postage issued to you by DHL when you return goods; this receipt may be useful for cases of enquiries about your order or loss of shipment.
By returning the relevant articles to Strenesse, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal within the defined time limit for withdrawal. No separate declaration is additionally necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Requirements for the products to be returned
Please note that we accept returned items only in their original condition and including the original labels attached to the items.
The goods must not show any signs of use. All returned items that are obviously used (make-up stains, odours, etc.) and therefore no longer saleable will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer and invoiced.
The same conditions apply to reduced items. In the Strenesse Online Store only items that were originally ordered can be taken back. Returns of items from Strenesse's stationary stores or dealers cannot be accepted. The return of items ordered from the Strenesse Online Store is currently not possible in stationary stores.
Reimbursement of amounts already paid
If you have ordered on account and the order has already been paid for on account, the amount will be credited to your account immediately. Please therefore enter your tape connection on the return slip. This is enclosed with every delivery. If you have paid for the order by credit card or PayPal, we will immediately credit the amount to your credit card or PayPal account. Your bank is responsible for the time frame until the amount is back on your account. If you have not yet made a payment, you can simply deduct the amount of the returned items from your invoice.

- Discolored items (by other products)

Excepted from this are articles which are affected by serial errors, about which we will inform you at the time of appearance.

The customer has the right to revoke the contractual statement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period begins with the day on which the goods are taken into possession by the customer or a third person commissioned by the customer.
A return shall also be deemed to be an exercise of the right of revocation. No express declaration of revocation is required here. The returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for the purpose of checking the goods - as would be customary in a retail shop - and must be provided with an original label.
Strenesse New GmbH reserves the right to demand compensation in the event of deterioration of the goods due to further use.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Strenesse by means of a clear declaration. This can be done by sending a letter to the following address

or by e-mail to service@strenesse.com. For this you can use the sample revocation form, which you can find in the general terms and conditions. This sample form is not mandatory. You may use this form or any other unambiguous statement. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification on time in order to exercise the right of revocation.
Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for information on the consequences of revocation.
